i relate so much, i’m finally getting to my room after probably 2 years of it not being actually clean

My rooms the definition of depression meets hoarderroom. Its impossible to walk in id say 80% of the room. With over half being taller than 3 ft. And it reeks. Ive been slowly making tiny progress im trying hard

seeing you so casual and chill about cleaning your space has me feeling so much better. i was in a spiral about the state of my room but seeing you so cool about it really helps. i dont feel as embarrassed to clean my room now :}

I’m literally pregnant right now. It’s currently the 11th of May and I’m scheduled for an induction on the 15th I have not gotten the “nesting” urge at all. 38 weeks pregnant. I’m blaming it on my ADHD and depression. I’ve never been someone who cleans. My room is literally full of clothes everywhere and boxes and more stuff that makes me miserable. I have nothing set up for my baby girl. I have no one to help me 🫠 Hopefully this video helps me.

i need to clean my depression room but i never have motivation for it, moldy plates and medicine, clothes that are dirty everywhere, food remains. substances i never knew that were in my room, crumbs, messy bed, messy closet, just all that. i looked for videos to see people who have to deal with the same, i saw this video and i got so much motivation to clean my room. thank you so much <3 you just earned a sub :))

Thank you for this video. I'm trying to clean up my depression room. I have no desire. I have now discovered that there is such a thing as the “depression room”. I've come to think that I have hoarder disorder. Watching this video and researching, I understand that depression made me reach this point.
